All USABC
titles earned
are ABA recognized and
Entrants in a USABC trial must have a scorebook. All trial results shall be entered in the dog’s scorebook and the judge shall sign each scorebook before the secretary may return it to the handler. All dogs achieving a USABC title shall receive a USABC Certificate signed by the club Secretary and Judge at the completion of the trial. The hosting club is responsible for all USABC paperwork to be completed and handled properly at the trial. The hosting club is responsible for collecting any required paperwork from the handler. Any incomplete or missing paperwork shall result in the title being declared null and void and the titles earned being withheld from the database. Submitting incomplete paperwork at a later date shall not be allowed. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in a disciplinary proceeding before the USABC Board of Directors and could result in suspension from any further USABC trial participation. Protests,
complaints and suggestions may be submitted in writing within 7 days of
the occurrence, to the USABC, PO Box 133, Bullville, NY
10915.
Anonymous complaints shall be discarded.
Decisions
of USABC judges are final.
